Product Return Policy
REFUNDS ONLY, NO EXCHANGES, NO EXCEPTIONS. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for refund instructions. All claims MUST be made within 30 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless there is a clear defect. If the item does not fit or you want a different color, shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products MUST be in absolutely new, unwashed and unused condition for a refund. Your purchase price will be refunded within 5 days of receiving the item and it takes approximately 72 hours for the refund to appear on your statement.

Orders typically process within 2-3 days of being received but can take longer in the event of item unavailability. Shipping estimates are once your item(s) leave the warehouse. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of your goods within the US. International and APO delivery times vary.
While the Well Food Company Store makes a good faith effort to track and correct any errors in shipment, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages. Please be sure to provide the correct shipping information to avoid loss or damage. If the shipping address is entered incorrectly by the customer and a change needs to be made to the final destination address, you must contact us immediately. Once your items leave the warehouse, address changes cannot be accommodated. Please note that Evolve Foods is not responsible for delays in shipping. If you are unable to receive your package, you may contact the carrier you selected during checkout to make alternate arrangements. We are unable to make alternate arrangements on your behalf. If the package is returned to sender due to the customer not meeting these arrangements, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs. If you decide to return an item for a refund, shipping charges are not refundable.
U.S. Military Addresses
Please adhere to the following steps when entering a foreign or military address:
- Shipping Method: USPS Priority Mail ONLY
- Enter Grade/Rank/Rating and full name in the “Name” field
- Enter Unit number, CM Room Number, PSC Number in the Address 1 field
- Do not add address information in Address 3 – this is too long for shipping purposes. If added, this information will be deleted and could cause your items to be undeliverable
- Enter APO (FPO) in the “City” field
- Enter Armed Forces (AA/AP/FP) in the “State” field
- Enter UNITED STATES in the country field
- Enter the ZIP code in the “ZIP” field.
Domestic & International Shipping
PLEASE NOTE: We use UPS for ALL domestic orders and USPS for Canada, APO and International orders. We do NOT ship our meat products to the following countries (only dried berries and PaleoKrunch cereal/bars): Australia, Austria, China, Croatia, Sweden, Ethiopia, Finland, Germany, Isreal, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for packages that get seized by customs. Before placing your order please read go HERE to find out what items are prohibited and restricted for import into your country.
